I enjoyed living here. The building was well maintained for NYC standards, and for living on the first floor, I only saw maybe four bugs throughout the year (ha, pretty uncommon for NY). The apartment was also very quiet, because the back of the building faced an alley. My only complaint is the landlord who lives on the premise is pretty lazy and when he finally fixes anything, it doesn’t hold up. Transportation is also a con. The nearest subway is the 6 train and it’s quite a few blocks and avenues away.
