I have been living here for the last 3 years and am very happy with it. The building is well kept, the neighborhood is nice and transportation is a huge plus; I have the express and local trains. There's also a lot of great restaurants within the area.

This apartment is awesome! It is everything I was looking for. There is a lot of shopping and countless restaurants within walking distance. The building is quiet, and the Super, Reggie, is very friendly. A few small cons are: having only one subway line nearby (The R line is on the same block, but it can be a pain at night) and being 45 minutes from midtown.
